Resounding PSC win in a “cheating” case

The former principal of Dunbar Elementary (APS) was accused of instructing teachers to cheat on standardized tests during the 2003-04 and 2004-05 school years.  Administrative Law Judge Kristin Miller reversed the PSC’s recommendation to revoke the principal’s license. Of course, the PSC could appeal the decision to superior court; however, the evidence in the record would strongly suggest that any appeal would be fruitless.

Well done job at creating a clear record and congrats to network attorney Shalini Patel!
