On November 14, 2019, the Georgia Supreme Court denied the school district’s Motion for Reconsideration. That means the case will be sent back to DeKalb Superior Court for further proceedings – or the district could do the wise thing: enter into a settlement to include all school employees that were injured and avoid further waste of taxpayer money.
