GAE Inaugural Legislative Lobbying Workshop

On Saturday, December 7, GAE, along with our partner Rep GA Institute* (repga.org), will present How a Bill Becomes a Law in Georgia at the Doubletree Hotel Northlake. This 6-hour workshop will explore 2020 legislative priorities including voucher bills and what you can do to fight to protect public education.

Arushi falls short at the national spelling bee

Arushi Cumer made it to the third round where she tripped on the word "verdurous" and thus ended her quest for the national bee championship. GAE speaks for all its members and spelling communities throughout the state when we say we are proud of what she has accomplished in progressing that far and that she still has another year to try again.
