Not Running in November

Candidate Why they won't be on the Nov. 3 ballot
Carlos Vilela Lost the Democratic primary for House 42 to incumbent Gabriel Sanchez, 82%–18%.
Mary Ann Santos Lost renomination for House 117 to Kim Thomas Smith.
Lamario Brown Lost the Feb. 2026 special-election runoff for Senate 18 to Republican Steven McNeel;
that seat is uncontested for McNeel in November.
Karen Gordon (“Karen for Georgia”) One of four Democrats in the House 130 field; incumbent Sheila Clark Nelson appears
 to have carried the regular primary. Worth a final check.
Sha'Qunta Calles Same House 130 field as above — did not advance past the Democratic primary. Worth a final check.

Conflicting Information — Verify Before Publishing

Candidate The conflict
Lydia Glaize  lydiaglaize.com One tracking site lists her as unopposed, but Georgia's own primary results show a Republican, Daniel Cook,
won an uncontested GOP primary for House 67 — which would make this race contested. Verify against the
