2024 Election Timeline

Here are the important dates and deadlines you need to know for the 2024 Election.
Monday, October 7

Voter Registration Deadline

This is the last day to register to vote, update your address, or other voter information for the 2024 Election. You can do these online at the link below titled "Verify Voter Registration."
Tuesday, October 15

First Day of Early Voting

This is the first day of early in-person voting for the 2024 Election. You can look up Early Voting Locations by county at the link below titled "Early Voting Location Lookup."
Friday, October 25

Last Day to Request an Absentee Ballot

This is the last day to request an absentee ballot for the 2024 Election. Please note, due to regional delays with the U.S. Postal Service, GAE does not recommend voting by mail if you are physically able to vote in-person.
Friday, November 1

Last Day of Early Voting

This is the last day of early in-person voting for the 2024 Election. You can look up Early Voting Locations by county at the link below titled "Early Voting Location Lookup."
Tuesday, November 5

Election Day

Polls will be open on Election Day from 7:00am - 7:00pm. If you are in line to vote by 7:00pm, you legally must be allowed to vote. You can look up your polling place below at "Polling Place Lookup."

The upcoming elections on November 5 are critical. We have the opportunity to elect officials, from the White House to the Gold Dome, who will fight for public education. Now is our opportunity to hold accountable the legislators who opposed educator pay raises and supported defunding public schools and handing out private school vouchers.
